Rachelle Ianniello, M.S., is the Assistant to the Executive Director. Rachelle has also worked with the YCEI content and technology teams on developing educational and marketing content for RULER trainings and the RULER platform. Before coming to the Center, she worked as an Associate in the management consulting field focusing on culture change, leadership and team development, personal and professional coaching, and organizational dynamics and health. Rachelle holds a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. In her spare time, she enjoys performing in musicals, mentoring youth through the performing arts, and spending time with her husband and two cats.
