Phase 1 – Faculty & Staff / As you are getting started or pressing reset with RULER rollout with faculty and staff, join us to discuss how to infuse RULER in your culture. We will be talking about ways you can build emotional intelligence skills by practicing RULER tools and creating a common language with staff. We will cover how to introduce RULER in a way that is inviting to all, including staff members that feel resistant to a new SEL initiative.
