Associate Director, Training and Implementation

Reporting to the Director of Product Development and Implementation, the Associate Director of Training and Implementation is responsible for overseeing and implementing the strategy for (RULER) program training, coaching, and implementation support for schools and districts. This includes recruiting, developing, and supervising (RULER) program staff and consultants serving as trainers, coaches, and presenters; creating and implementing processes for quality assurance and continuous improvement; co-writing presentations and other content for schools and districts serving students in early childhood through high school; and delivering implementation support to schools and districts as a lead (RULER) program trainer, coach, and presenter.

Program Director, RULER Implementation Metrics

The Program Director for RULER Implementation Metrics will lead the Center’s strategy related to the implementation, assessment, and evaluation of RULER in collaboration with the leadership and research teams at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. They will collect, manage, and maintain implementation data and create school-based pre- and post-assessments measuring RULER efficacy in educator and student skill-building and school climate. This role will be responsible for translating research findings into practice and policy recommendations, as well as conducting focus groups to gather assessment needs from school administrators. Familiarity with using SPSS and related statistical programs and experience managing large datasets is required. This individual will design and disseminate accessible, practical assessments for RULER schools responsive to client needs. They will be expected to manage and aggregate various streams of implementation and client data.
