The RULER Institute Online is the first step for bringing RULER to a school. The six-week (2 to 2.5 hours per week commitment), online training is designed to equip a small team l to lead RULER implementation in their school. We call this team the “RULER Implementation Team.” Each team must include at least one school administrator (principal, assistant principal, or dean of students) plus at least two teachers or mental health professionals.
